Saints,we are supporting the ideas of  organising  Joint  Church Conferences anywhere in the World.

In the Joint Church Conferences the

Inter-denominational events are designed to bring together leaders and members of the Church from different Local Churches for training, fellowship, and inspiration. 

Church Leaders Conference: The event focused on equipping pastors and ministers with tools for strengthening their ministries and fostering the community members .Nowadays,there are  times where we need to  come together in the Wards , Local  Municipality,District, Province, Nation,Continent and in World Levels in the form of Confidences.Let us encourage joint Bible training, Church Services,worship and praise the Lord together.We hold Church  meetings,group discussions,seminars and  Conferences to show the world that “We are The Church that will witness the coming of Jesus Christ on the earth in the clouds. By the way,we are One Church, the Body of Christ nurtured in different places. Soon and very soon the Church will be permanently connected to Christ who is the Head of the Body”.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

To promote unity in the Body of Christ ( The Church ) we wish to set up the Organising Commitees that will perform the Administrative and Managerial Duties  of Church Conferences around the World.

1.THE WARD CHURCH CONFERENCE :

The Ward  Church Conference will be organized by the WARD CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( WCCOC ), once every month in different Wards.The Church members from a variety of  Local Denominational  Churches in the WARD will be invited to attend the WARD CHURCH CONFERENCE, regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

2.  THE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY CHURCH CONFERENCE:

The Local  Municipality Church Conference will be organized by the LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANISING  COMMITTEE ( LMCCOC ), once every Three Months in different  Local Municipalities .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the LOCAL MUNICIPALITY will be invited to attend the  LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

3. THE DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCE:

The District  Church Conference will be organized by the DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( DCCOC ), once every six months in different  Districts .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the DISTRICT will be invited to attend the  DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

4. THE PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCES

The Provincial Church Conference  will be organized by the PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( PCCOC ), once every year in different  Provinces .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in each Province will be invited to attend the PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

5.THE NATIONAL CHURCH CONFERENCE

The National Church Conference will be organized by the NATIONAL  CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( NCCOC ), once every every two  years  in different  COUNTRIES .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the COUNTRY will be invited to attend the  NATIONAL CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

6. THE CONTINENTAL CHURCH CONFERENCEThe Continental Church Conference will be organized by the CONTINENTAL CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( CCCOC ), once every three  years  in the  CONTINENT .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the CONTINENT will be invited to attend the CONTINENTAL CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

7.  THE WORLD  CHURCH CONFERENCE

The World  Church Conference will be organized by the WORLD  CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( WCCOC ), once every five years   in any Country of the world.The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the WORLD  will be invited to attend the WORLD CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

WHO IS A CONVENOR

A convenor (or convener) is a person who organizes and calls together a group for a meeting, event, or collaborative effort, acting as the primary organizer to set the agenda, invite participants (like officials or experts), and ensure the process runs smoothly, often serving as a temporary, impartial facilitator for complex issues. They create the platform for discussion, manage logistics, and sometimes guide the group toward a shared goal. A convenor  organizes and calls meetings or events, bringing people together for a common purpose; their duties include agenda setting, inviting stakeholders, managing logistics (scheduling, venue), ensuring participation, keeping discussions focused (often with a facilitator), fostering an inclusive environment, and sometimes managing budgets or reporting on outcomes. They act as a neutral host to facilitate collaboration and achieve shared goals, rather than managing the content like a project leader. 

Core Responsibilities of a Convenor :

Initiation: 

Define the purpose, identify key stakeholders, and secure initial buy-in and support (financial/intellectual). 

Planning: 

Develop agendas in collaboration with facilitators, schedule meetings, and handle logistics like venue and materials. 

Facilitation (or arranging it): 

Open meetings, ensure discussions are productive, keep things on track, and transition leadership to a facilitator if needed. 

Inclusivity: 

Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure diverse voices are heard, and promote open communication. 

Coordination: 

Liaise with other convenors or relevant bodies (e.g., student union, management) and handle administrative tasks like attendance or reporting. 

Follow-up: Synthesize discussions, distribute information, and ensure actions are taken after the meeting. 

Key Characteristics:

Connector: Good at bringing diverse groups together.

Organizer: Handles logistics and structure.

Neutral: Often respected leaders who don’t have a vested interest in a specific outcome.

Systems Thinker: 

Can see the big picture and group ideas effectively. At the close of the financial year, the Convenor will have to submit an annual report in regard to the performance of the events or activities.

• Creative and entrepreneurial: Resourceful, creative and comfortably leading a team.

• A connector: Dynamic, focused, well networked and quick to act
