Please, check if we can utilise the Good Friday dates to organise the 2026  Provincial Church Conference which may  be held at Ntulufakazi Primary School,Ward 19, Mtubatuba Local Municipality, UMkhanyakude District, KwaZulu-Natal Province,South Africa.We will discuss the motion in the meeting and come up with a resolution.

The host Denominational Church may be  THE CHURCH INTERNATIONAL BODY OF CHRIST.Hosting the Provincial Church Conferences will rotate amongst the  other Denominational Churches in the forthcoming years,e.g Brother  Ngobese,  Hluhluwe Kwa Zulu Natal in 2027 going forward.

The  PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( PCCOC ):

I suggest that the  PCCOC  be made up of the   different Denominational Churches Members.

The Provincial Church Conference  will be organized by the PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCES ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( PCCOC ), once every year.

DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCES

The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in each Province ( and from anywhere else )   will be invited to attend the PROVINCIAL CHURCH CONFERENCE regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation  from which a Church member is being nurtured.

We may request  brother Ngobese of  Faith In Action at Hluhluwe, KwaZulu/ Natal   to host the 2026  District Church Conference  any time after April 2026.

The District  Church Conferences will be organized by the DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ( DCCOC ), once every six months in different  Districts .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the DISTRICT will be invited to attend the  DISTRICT CHURCH CONFERENCES regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

LOCAL MUNICIPALITY CHURCH  CONFERENCE

We may ask  Brother LT Njeke of The Grace of Revelation Christian Church at Mchakwini   to host the 2026   Municipality Church Conference  any time before April 2027

The Local  Municipality Church Conference will be organized by the LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY CHURCH CONFERENCE ORGANISING  COMMITTEE ( LMCCOC ), once every Three Months in different  Local Municipalities .The Church members from a variety of Local Denominational Churches in the LOCAL MUNICIPALITY will be invited to attend the  LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY CHURCH CONFERENCES regardless of the name of the Denomination or Congregation from which they come.

THE WARD CHURCH CONFERENCE

We request that the following Church Leaders to host  the 2026  the Ward  Conferences in their Wards any time before April 2027
