1. Wena , Mholi , you are nominated as a team Leader in the Ward .You carry the Vision of ” The Church International Body of Christ ” to unite the Church in the Ward,Local Municipality,District Local Municipality,Provincial and National Government” /
Uqokwe njengo Mholi eWadini. Wena uphethe umbono “woMzimba kaKristu okuyi Bandla elise Mhlabeni Wonke” .Lombono uhlose uhlanganisa i Bandla eWadini, kuMasipala Wendawo, kuMasipala Wesifunda, kuHulumeni WesiFundazwe kanye nakuHulumeni KaZwelonke”.
Sibona ukuthi , siyi Bandla asiqale sizihlele kuqala ukuze ukusebenza kwethu kube lula futhi kube yimpumelelo.
2.Qala, Mholi,uhlonze abantu abasha abangu 09 ( abayisishiyagalolunye) eWardini.Uma wenza ukuhlonzwa kwabantu abasha uqaphele ukuthi
1. Uthola abanye abantu abangamalunga omphakathi osizana nabo.Ungabi wedwa.Wakhe ikomidi lesikhashana loku hlonza elizohlakazwa uma seniqede ukudlonza.
Uma nihlonza abantu abasha niqaphele kakhulu ukuthi anicwasi muntu omusha.Umuntu omusha akahlonzeke ngokwekhono and only ngokwekhono.

Akekho okufanele abandlululwe ngenxa yenkolo ( religion ) yakhe, ubuhlanga bakhe, umbala wesikhumba sakhe noma inkolelo ( belief) yakhe.

nawo ama ” incentives ” bawathole uma kukhona umuntu ahambe wayokwenza wabuyisa i Report ephelele.
Esikwenzayo njenge ” TCI ” kuwuku lekelela uHulumeni ukuthuthukisa umphakathi wethu ema Wardini.
Ukuvolontiya kuyasisiza ukuthola ” knowledge,skills and experience ” edingekayo uma siyocinga umsebenzi.Okungenani kukhona umuntu omusha angakufaka kwi ” Curriculum Virtue” yakhe.

( monitoring outcomes).

Amandla okukhuthaza ( motivate people ) ukugqugquzela ( influence) abantu ukuthi bahlanganyele ekuzithuthukiseni ( self – empowerment)

Ikhono lokuhlaziya izinkinga zomphakathi, ukwenza ukuhlolwa kwezidingo, ukuhumusha idatha, nokulungiselela imibiko.

Akube yilowo nalowo azithobe phansi kwamandla ombuso, ngokuba akukho mandla ombuso angaveli kuNkulunkulu; lawa akhona amiswe nguNkulunkulu.
