SUBJECT : A LETTER OF APPLICATION TO PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP FOR THE FUNDING OF THE CHURCH INTERNATIONAL BODY OF CHRIST IN THE ENDEAVOUR TO DEVELOP THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES OF THE COUNTRIES IN AFRICA.
The Church International Body of Christ is a Non Profit Company, incorporated in terms of the Companies Act No 71 of 2008 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act number 108 of 1996,would like to set up the Ward Church Organising Committees ( WCOC ) in the Local Municipalities of the countries of Africa.
We target to focus in developing the communities in the following areas of development , involving qualified young people,thereby :
(a) Preaching and Teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ
(b) Creating job opportunities
(c) Alleviating poverty
(d) Combating crime
(e) Increasing productivity
(f)
1. WARD COMMUNITY SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT:
The human beings need to develop spiritually or they will miss out on the most important things in life. The Bible teaches that God desires our spiritual development. Human beings are created in God’s image
Genesis 1:28-29 AMP
[28] And God blessed them [granting them certain authority] and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subjugate it [putting it under your power]; and rule over (dominate) the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves upon the earth.” [29] So God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of the entire earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;
We were made to have fellowship with God, but that fellowship was broken by sin. Sin, or rebellion against God’s law:
1 John 3:4 AMP
[4] Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness [ignoring God’s law by action or neglect or by tolerating wrongdoing—being unrestrained by His commands and His will].
Sin is the obstacle to our spiritual development. Every human being’s spirit is separated from God, the Author of life, so human beings are described as spiritually dead in sin
Ephesians 2:1 AMP
[1] And you [He made you alive when you ] were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him because of your transgressions and sins,
The only hope for dead spirits is that they be made alive in Christ and then start to grow and develop into the kind of spiritual people God intended for us to be—people that accurately reflect His image.
The goal of the Christian life is to become more and more like Christ, as the Holy Spirit works in our spirits, producing fruit
Galatians 5:22-24 AMP
[22] But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. [24] And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature together with its passions and appetites.
As we yield to the Spirit, He will guide us :
Galatians 5:16, 25 AMP
[16] But I say, walk habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts].
[25] If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit].
Spiritual development occurs through reading God’s Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and active participation in a local church. Christians do not choose the direction or the means of their development; the means have been chosen by God as revealed in His Word. Through the church, God equips His people “for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants. . . . Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ”
Ephesians 4:12-15 AMP
[12] [and He did this] to fully equip and perfect the saints (God’s people) for works of service, to build up the body of Christ [the church]; [13] until we all reach oneness in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, [growing spiritually] to become a mature believer, reaching to the measure of the fullness of Christ [manifesting His spiritual completeness and exercising our spiritual gifts in unity]. [14] So that we are no longer children [spiritually immature], tossed back and forth [like ships on a stormy sea] and carried about by every wind of [shifting] doctrine, by the cunning and trickery of [unscrupulous] men, by the deceitful scheming of people ready to do anything [for personal profit]. [15] But speaking the truth in love [in all things—both our speech and our lives expressing His truth], let us grow up in all things into Him [following His example] who is the Head—Christ.
The Christian’s spiritual development is based on the promises of God’s Word and the willing participation of the individual believer as he submits to Christ. The goal is to leave sin behind and increase in Christlikeness: “He has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”
2 Peter 1:4-8 AMP
[4] For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature. [5] For this very reason, applying your diligence [to the divine promises], make every effort in [exercising] your faith to develop moral excellence, and in moral excellence, knowledge (insight, understanding), [6] and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, steadfastness, and in your steadfastness, godliness, [7] and in your godliness, brotherly affection, and in your brotherly affection, [develop Christian] love [that is, learn to unselfishly seek the best for others and to do things for their benefit]. [8] For as these qualities are yours and are increasing [in you as you grow toward spiritual maturity], they will keep you from being useless and unproductive in regard to the true knowledge and greater understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Biblical spiritual development has as its goal becoming more like Christ.We need to hear God saying , “Commit your way to the LORD”
Psalms 37:5 AMP
[5] Commit your way to the Lord; Trust in Him also and He will do it.
And we must be able to hear Satan’s lie “You will be like God”
Genesis 3:5 AMP
[5] For God knows that on the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened [that is, you will have greater awareness], and you will be like God, knowing [the difference between] good and evil.”
a) WARD COMMUNITY SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE TO OPERATE IN THE WARD INVOLVING MEMBERS FROM DIFFERENT LOCAL CHURCHES AND EMPLOYING 15 YOUNG PEOPLE.
b) UNDER THE SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE IN THE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WITH 23 WARDS : 15 X 23 = 345 YOUNG PEOPLE WILL BE EMPLOYED EACH EARNING A WAGE OF R5000.
